All Clients

As a client of PilatesBySally, your email address and mobile phone number are held on computer and phone. All devices are password protected and the software protected and compliant with GDPR policies.

Your contact details are not shared with anyone else and email lists and contact details are not sold or made available to anyone.

We ask you for consent to be contacted by personal email, text, phone, Facebook chat or WhatsApp in order to communicate messages about classes, payments and studio logistics.

Any personal emails from us will be via our business email, which is password protected and used only by Sally.

You have the right to opt out of any communications at any time and we will remove you from the system. Furthermore you have the right to ask for us to erase your contact details at any time.

If you decide to stop classes with us, we will keep your contact details in case you decide to return to us. We will retain this data for 1 year.

Members Area

When you sign up to the Members Area on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used keep track of your online subscription and if your subscription is not renewed, PilatesBySally reserves the right to revoke your Members Area access.

As a member, you will have access to weekly pre-recorded classes found on the 'This Week's Class' page. By leaving a comment on this page, your name will be visible to other users. We may contact you via email to notify you about your account or to troubleshoot any issues with your account.
