Meet Your Teacher

Sally has been happily teaching Pilates in Pinner for over 15 years. Before training with Body Control Pilates Sally worked in physical therapy rehab for a number of years. Sally is passionate about helping you move & feel better. Classes are warm, friendly & personal. Sally encourages people to challenge themselves but is mindful that many of us carry injuries or restricted movement patterns so exercises often have modifications - & extensions for those who want to do more! 

 

Sally works with other healthcare professionals – particularly physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths, to support client rehabilitation.
